- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon sal
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 bay leaves
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked al dente and drained
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
